Communication Design

Reid Building, 42 students

The programme provides a dynamic, inclusive and supportive learning environment that prepares our graduates to be designers for the 21st century. The programme is split into three different pathways – graphic design, illustration and photography and lens-based practice. Our students this year prove that their work does not have to be defined by these pathways, but can expand and explore multi-layered ways of communicating with audiences. They draw on traditional processes such as drawing, print and photography, but also work with newer technologies that utilise AI, moving image, sound and animation to explore their subjects creatively and sensitively.
